Slice the veggies, cook noodles if using, and have it all ready. 2. Fill a shallow plate with warm water. Dip one rice paper in for 5-10 seconds until just soft. 3. Place on a clean surface. Add a little of each veggie, herbs, protein, and noodles. 4. Fold the bottom over the filling, fold in the sides, then roll it up tight like a burrito. 5.
